ABOUT BING's BAKERY
BING’s Delaware Bakery, a Newark landmark, founded in 1946 by Russell and Selina Bing.
BING’s Bakery has been serving the Delaware community for over 60 years.
In 2005, ownership of BING's Bakery switched hands from Selina Bing to her head baker, Tom Guzzi and his wife, Carla Guzzi . Tom worked for BING's Bakery since 1996 prior to becoming the new owner. Tom has over 25 years experience in the industry and has worked in scratch bakeries his entire career. BING's Bakery is a full line scratch bakery and offers a wide range of products including our New York Style Cheesecake and Cannolis.
In 2009, BING's Bakery opened a second location in Middletown, Delaware.
Tom and Carla, originally from Staten Island, New York moved to Delaware in 1996. They have four sons.
